Sakura Bloom Sling Diaries: Dan on Travel

Have you seen Dan's sixth and final post for the Sakura Bloom Sling Diaries? The theme this month was travel, something near and dear to our hearts. His post can be found over on my instagram account (@outlawnotahero), or by searching the hashtag #danslingdiary on instagram. 

For this entry we took a little stroll around CERN, where Dan works as a particle physicist. It seemed only fitting as moving abroad for Dan to work at CERN has been what has given us this amazing travel experience.

I can't believe our six months as sling diarists is over. It makes me sad, but I'm excited to see what is next for us, and who the eventual sling diarists for volume VI will be. If you've ever thought about applying and haven't, you should. It's been a really great experience, and Sakura Bloom is an incredibly generous and fun company to collaborate with. It also made us go out every month and take some nice pictures with Oswin, which we'll always have and cherish. We plan to put together a book for her with all of our sling diary posts and pictures, and give them to her at a later date. It's only appropriate since every entry was written to her.
