I got back this weekend from a last minute 10 day trip to the states where it was 90 degrees out with 1,000,000% humidity in Philly, and though I knew it would be much cooler back here in France, I didn't really expect this:
Freaking snow on the freaking Jura.
And I should know better, I really should. Last June all of our BBQs invovled us huddling around our little Weber for warmth, while handing out hoodies, knit hats and scarves to our guests.
Poppies vs. snow. In an epic June battle. Let's see who pulls it out. My money's on the poppies, but maybe I shouldn't be rushing to update the blog's banner from winter Saleve to summer Saleve just yet...
