Lousy with cheese.
Last night, we celebrated the 32nd anniversary of our good buddy Tim's existence, and we did so with 5 1/2 pounds of cheese...for 7 people. Sides of cubed bread, diced potatoes, thinly sliced grisotte, and brocoli rounded out the dipping foods, along with a salad and another appearance of the vegan tartiflette.

And in a flash...
...it was gone.
I made some pumpkin cupcakes (yeah, we really roasted the pumpkin, no canned pumpkin here!) with butter cream cheese icing, and they turned out really well.
And Kim made a yummy vegan pear tart too...
And somehow, a round of Munchkin later, it was after 3:00 AM.
How does that always happen?

Looks and sounds absolutely wonderful; 5 1/2 pounds of cheese makes a lot of fondue. It must have been fabulous!
