A little bit of sunshine.

The last few days here in the eastern part of France have been just gorgeous, with the sun making a few surprising appearances in this, the grey season. With the greyness back in full effect today, I thought I'd share a few pictures from my food hike on samedi, just to prove that the sun did indeed come out...

I hadn't seen our neighbors the billy goats in awhile (who I have affectionately named Cocoa and Latte), and I can't believe how big and cute they're getting! Tres mignon!

I will say that as nice as it has been to have a car since Thanksgiving, I have really missed my food hikes, both in the grey weather and the sunny. Now if only we'd actually get a little neige I could get those snow shoes out...

Hope you're having a great lundi in your part of the world!

A la prochaine friends...

  1. Beautiful blue sky. We are not getting much rain or snow here in Northern California which is normally our only wet season. We must be having some type of world wide weather pattern. The blue sky and scenery are beautiful in your pictures.

  2. It's been fairly mild in Provence (with the exception of one crazy ass mistral week) lots of sun and blue skies. It's beautiful, but I'm a little paranoid winter is going to show up in like March and dump a ton of snow on us just when I'm ready to bust out the short sleeves
