French word of the day: Oignon

So I've been finding that the best way to increase my french vocabulary is by really taking my time in the markets. By doing so I can learn new words and see the object that they represent, such as with the first produce that has really been sticking out in my head, which is oignon (onion). This is from yesterday at the market in Thoiry.

  1. And you now know the French word for Red too: Rouges :-) I learned a lot of German by going to the Saturday market.... it's a wonderful thing! :-)
